Jays Insurance Brokers was started in 1993 as a sole proprietor with the sole salesman being Edward Zwelihle (aka Jay) Mngoma.
The birth of Jays Insurance Brokers was founded on the values of honesty, integrity and a focused sales strategy based on unwavering client service, fiscal discipline and diligence.

OUR CORE VALUE
From 1995, the organization began attracting other like-minded salespeople and has subsequently grown over the years to a sales force of over 70 sales personnel with 15 administrative staff. Monthly production is in the region of 500 policies.
In 1997 the company changed to a close corporation and became known as Gagasini Brokers cc, a Zulu colloquial name of the city it was founded in: Durban, the City of Waves. Gagasini Brokers cc has a strong regional footprint in Kwazulu-Natal as well as servicing clients in Gauteng and Mpumalanga provinces.
